Staff was amazing and on top of everything! Food was delicious, best omelette I've ever had. Hands down one of the best places we ate at in Hawaii.

Consistently good, I really like the locomoko over fried rice and corned beef hash with fried rice. Tasty, good portions, friendly staff. It's tough to go too often but if you enjoy breakfast fare, this is THE PLACE in Mililani. Why go to the overpriced Mainland chain place that recently opened when you can have way better meals and support the locals.

Have loved this place for well over a decade - food is always great, vanilla mac nut coffee is delicious, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The chorizo breakfast burrito and corned beef hash plate are top favorites, but we’ve always loved anything we’ve ordered. Will continue to be a top go-to breakfast spot, and highly recommended to anyone who hasn’t tried it yet.

My cousin recently moved to Mililani and I was told this was his favorite breakfast spot, so for sure I had to come eat here. Hella good selection. Hella good food. Hella good hospitality. Hella good vibes. What more could you ask for? It's definitely a place you want to return to and try out more food, especially their homemade desserts which we didn't have a chance to eat this time around. Much love from the Bay. 😎🤙

It was great, coffee taste good, egg Benedict half portions is good size. And service is awesome 👌 Noticed people waiting on week day around 10am. So better to ho before that. I would not order buttermilk pancake. Better to order something else.

The cuisine here is exceptional, and the staff members are highly professional, approachable, and adept at providing informed recommendations. I particularly enjoyed the blackened salmon sandwich, which was exquisite. Their desserts are also outstanding; I was so impressed with the Tres Leches cake that I purchased an entire one. The ambiance is very inviting, and the clientele is pleasant. I have frequented this establishment three times already and intend to return in the future.

There’s something special about finding a breakfast spot that feels like it’s truly part of the community, and Rise and Shine Cafe absolutely delivers on that. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and genuinely friendly service that makes you feel like a regular, even on your first visit. The atmosphere has that perfect local breakfast place charm — relaxed, welcoming, and full of good energy. The food itself is excellent. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and made with care, and the portions are satisfying without being over the top. You can’t go wrong with the breakfast options, but what really surprised me were the desserts. Do not leave without trying the cinnamon roll. It’s soft, rich, and indulgent in the best way possible. The tres leches cake is another standout — incredibly moist, perfectly sweet, and easily one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Great food, amazing service, and that true local neighborhood feel make this place a gem. This is the kind of spot you’ll find yourself coming back to again and again.

The staff is extremely helpful and very nice. Food was also amazing. My wife had the Florentine Benedict with potato’s and I had a blueberry pancake with the Portuguese sausage. Everything came out quick and was amazing. Thank you all!

Such a great restaurant conveniently located near my home in Mililani. 2 person party wait was estimated around 10 minutes. Not bad at all. The customer service and dining atmosphere is pretty flawless to me. The food definitely deserves its own applause. Great job everyone!

Got there at 9:30 a.m. on a Tuesday morning and had plenty parking. Staff was very welcoming. EVERYTHING was soooo deelish, and portions are generous. We definitely had some great leftovers to grind later! My Fresh Corned Beef Hash with the fried rice and eggs…oh my gosh…so yummy!!! My niece had the Loco Moco with fried rice and loved it! We shared the Sweet Bread French Toast. That was great! I forgot our servers name, but he was a very cool dude! Had us try the Lilikoi Cheesecake….OMG!!! If we were headed home after that, we would have bought more to go. Next time. Definitely gonna be going back.
